Zoë Heine (Pākehā) is a researcher, gardener and sometimes writer. Her master's thesis looked at the connections between gardening and the environmental impact of humanity. She is currently in the early stages of a PhD, at the Centre for Science in Society (VUW), looking at how we tell stories about the rising seas.
