Will Hansen

Kaituhi Tūtahi | Contributing Writer

Will Hansen (he/him) is a Masters student in History at VUW, and a trustee of Te Pūranga Takatāpui o Aotearoa, the Lesbian and Gay Archives of NZ. His MA thesis explores trans politics in Aotearoa during the 1970s and 80s. He's non-binary and queer as anything, very excitable, and generally most excited about the possibilities of using Aotearoa's queer history to help forge intergenerational queer solidarity.
