Rachael Longshaw-Park (she/her) is a theatre-maker and writer based in Tāmaki Makaurau. After graduating with a Master's in theatre from the University of Auckland Rachael has gone on to work as a freelance actor, director, dramaturg, writer and designer. Some of her work includes directing the Dr Drama Makes A Show series, dramaturgy for Legacy Project 5 & 6, and performing in award-winning pieces such as An Open Apology and The Plastic Orgasm 2.0. Rachael’s lived experience with C-PTSD informs her practice and she is passionate about how we can use art to tackle narratives around mental health experiences.
