We thought we'd introduce you to the four incredibly talented individuals on our panel:

Anthonie Tonnon's first music scene was an eager, idiosyncratic one in Dunedin, where bands had to fight inventively for national attention - an environment that a band name like Tono and the Finance Company, and Tonnon's close to home lyrics and singing style grew out of. Tonnon moved to Auckland to release the band's second EP, Fragile Thing in 2010, and by the time they released Up Here For Dancing this year, the city had helped them build the kind of infrastructure that makes a successful independent release possible - a reliable distributor, ready ears within the media, and a support slot for a name international band. Quelling his case of island syndrome, Tonnon toured solo through the the United States in September and October this year. He is currently launching Up Here For Dancing to college radio the US, and touring new material this summer under his own name.

Rebecca Kamm is a blogger for the New Zealand Herald, the editor of contemporary culture magazine No (issue 15 out now!), and a freelance feature writer.Prior to this she was a regular contributor to Sunday magazine and the assistant editor of Victorian Writer, a Melbourne-based literary magazine.

Emily Miller-Sharma is the designer of Liam - a womenswear label that is part of the RUBY stable.

Leon Radojkovic is an Auckland-based composer and musician. He heads the on again/off again musical monstrosity Dr. Colossus, and has recently been dabbling in combining music with film and theatre. Live live Cinema: Carnival of Souls, a work which throws together a '60s B-movie with live music, actors and sound effectspremiered at the Auckland Festival 2011, and has since gone on to tour NZ and Australia, and in October made its European premier in Frankfurt. Leon has recently finished up his duties as Musical Director/Piano Smasher on Silo's production Brel.
