Jacqueline Fahey (Painter/Writer) is a trail-blazing Auckland writer and artist known for her paintings of domestic and suburban life. She was one of the first New Zealand artists to work explicitly from a woman’s perspective. Jacqueline is also a writer publishing the novel Cutting Loose (David Ling 1998), best-selling memoir Something for the Birds (AUP 2006) and, most recently, Before I Forget (AUP 2012).
